Terms and Conditions 2022 

 

*Term Payments must be received at the beginning of term before classes are attended 

*All students will pay an annual membership fee each year (Performing T-shirt will be provided) Yearly Passport students are exempt from membership fee’s 

*Cheque payments which are cashed and are returned for any reason, will generate a 50AED return fine

*Trial classes are available, if spacing allows and will be charged at 85AED  to 100AED

*Class spaces are limited and refunds/credits are not permitted for any reason other than injury (valid doctors note must be provided) 

*Refunds that are approved will be deducted an admin fee of 25%

*Classes missed due to student absence maybe made up in another age appropriate class on our timetable that has availability. The make up class must be during the term the class is missed and not carried over to additional terms. 

*Cancellation of classes due to Fusion Arts/our venue or instructor absence, will be made up additionally to our usual schedule 

* During Covid-19 regulations,  timetables maybe subject to change. Refunds will not be permitted,Zoom classes will be on offer or make up classes. 

* Students with fever or symptoms of ill health, must be kept home until symptoms have passed

 

Health and safety of our students is paramount to Fusion arts and we will take all precautionary measures for child safety. 

Pay By Link 

E-commerce 

On completion of your registration,  you will receive a pay by link for payments for all invoices. These links will expire after 7 days. Please ensure payments are completed by this period.
